Australia’s Genevieve Gregson has ruptured her Achilles tendon after falling at the final water hurdle in the 3000m steeplchase at the Tokyo Olympics.
Gregson, on her 32nd birthday, was taken away in a wheelchair, and now faces months of rehabilitation.
