Toddler airlifted to hospital after being ‘attacked by a dingo’ on Fraser Island

A toddler has been airlifted to hospital after being attacked by a dingo on Queensland’s Fraser Island.
The child, who was staying at Orchid Beach with family, was treated by paramedics at the scene for superficial injuries to his thigh, buttocks, head and shoulder.
He was then airlifted via rescue helicopter to Bundaberg Hospital in a stable condition.
The Queensland Ambulance Service said the child was bitten by the dingo about 7.30am on Saturday morning.
