Today QGAir Brisbane responded to a person who had suffered burns at a property in the Gold Coast hinterland. We were fortunate to be able to land close to the scene at Pollys Kitchen, where we met up with QAS and QPS units. Our patient was stabilised and transported to the Royal Brisbane hospital’s burns unit for specialist care. This again was a combined emergency services response, which ultimately enhances patient care.
