Our officers at the Melbourne Mail Centre knew there was trouble brewing after X-rays revealed anomalies in boxes of coffee pods.
A white powder was found in 12 of the pods and tests confirmed the substance to be cocaine.
The 158 grams of cocaine had a potential street value of approximately $60,000 – the equivalent of 12,000 medium soy lattes, but far more harmful if it had made it into the Australian community!
