When it comes to brazen PR statements, Philip Morrison’s submission to a Senate vaping inquiry goes full throttle.
In a 239-page submission (the equivalent of 5915 bits of rollie paper), Philip Morris says the science indicates that Non-Combusted Alternatives are a better alternative to cigarettes for adult smokers who would otherwise continue to smoke.
