In a 239-page submission (the equivalent of 5915 bits of rollie paper), Philip Morris says the science indicates that Non-Combusted Alternatives are a better alternative to cigarettes for adult smokers who would otherwise continue to smoke.
Its part of the Philip Morris pivot. The company says that in 2016, it started concentrating on a smoke-free future by focusing resources on developing, scientifically substantiating and responsibly commercialising smoke-free alternatives. Even the Chappell brothers…
