To have or not to have a wedding in 2021

Narayanan Ramakrishnan and his partner Pallavi had planned for 600 guests to attend their wedding next year.
It was meant to be three days of Hindu celebrations booked in for the Australia Day weekend.
Because of the pandemic, the couple has made some major changes.
Narayanan and Pallavi have now cancelled their sangeet ceremony and reception, events that would have drawn large crowds and dancing.
Instead, they’ll hold a smaller cocktail party and will put more resources towards videographers, who will livestream the wedding ceremony to those who can’t attend.
