Tina Fey and Amy Poehler roast Emily in Paris, Sia’s Music and lack of Hollywood Foreign Press diversity in Golden Globes monologue

“Everyone can relax,” UK comedian Ricky Gervais wrote on Twitter in the lead-up to the 2021 Golden Globes.
True to his word, Gervais was not returning as host of this year’s ceremony, having delivered a bridge-burning opening monologue in 2020 that scored laughs (and boos) at the expense of Jeffrey Epstein’s death, allegations against Prince Andrew, and Dame Judy Dench apparently enjoying cleaning her private parts like a cat.
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) instead turned to reliable duo Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, who turned out for their fourth stint as hosts of the Globes, leaving Hollywood to breathe a collective sigh of relief.
While their jibes may have been slightly less caustic than Gervais’s, Fey and Poehler still…
