Josh Addo-Carr has moved closer to a return to Wests Tigers after the club tabled a four-year, multi-million dollar contract for him to play fullback from next season.
Addo-Carr is seeking a release from Melbourne on compassionate grounds, which will be granted if the Storm can secure a suitable replacement.
