Tigers accused of ‘shocking treatment’ of AWOL duo as Paul Gallen claims Wests leaked story – Fox Sports
Veteran NRL journalist Paul Crawley has lambasted the Wests Tigers for their handling of exiled stars Josh Reynolds and Russell Packer, accusing the joint-venture club of the “shocking treatment” of the players.
Reynolds and Packer on a combined $1.6 million per season- have been roundly blasted by club legends and pundits alike after walking out halfway through the Tigers match against the Sea Eagles on the weekend.
The duo missed their sides 34-32 comeback win after leaving the stadium to get out of the cold, having been omitted from the Tigers 17 for the game.
