Three-week-old dolphin calf Shadow missing feared dead in Tin Can Bay

A Queensland community is mourning a beloved three-week-old dolphin calf that is missing and presumed dead.
The calf, called ‘Shadow’ by locals, had been regularly visiting the cove at Tin Can Bay with mother Ella but in recent days the mother had been seen alone.
Barnacles Cafe & Dolphin Feeding confirmed the news with devastated locals on Good Friday, concluding the calf had likely died.
