Three men found guilty of Peta Fairhead manslaughter for second time after retrial

Three men have been found guilty for a second time of killing a Perth mother of three, who was dumped critically-injured outside the Joondalup Health Campus four-and-a-half years ago.

Peta Fairhead, 27, died a short time later from a traumatic brain injury she suffered when she opened the door of a moving car and fell onto the road and hit her head.

Lucas James Yarran, Ross James Boag and Leroy Daniel Smith were in the car, and today were again convicted in the Supreme Court of her manslaughter.
