The team was recommended to have one shot of the vaccination in Australia and the second in the US. Some members of the team chose not to do so.
President of Skate Australia Karen Doyle said non-positive athletes are continuing to compete in the event, which finishes on May 23.
She said the governing body was working with local and federal governments in terms of forward planning for the group.
