Three in hospital after mower collides with vehicle

Initial reports suggested a man in his 30s was being treated for head injuries after a lawnmower and vehicle collided at Coombabah on the Gold Coast.The collision occurred at 3.36pm, which resulted in a ride-on lawnmower rolling over on Oxley Drive.It later emerged that three patients were transported to Gold Coast University, two stable with minor injuries and one, the man in his 30s, in a serious condition with multiple lacerations and head injuries.
