Three banned from Brisbane court as Olympian’s trial continues
Three people, described only as “young men”, have been identified and banned from the Brisbane Supreme and District Court building after the jury involved in the Baggaley brothers’ trial claimed those men stared at them for long periods during the trial.
Olympic silver medallist Nathan Baggaley, 45, and his brother Dru Anthony Baggaley, 39, are on trial in Brisbane Supreme Court over an alleged plot to import 650 kilograms of cocaine, worth $200 million, in 2018.
