The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners national president Karen Price said the Victorian Department of Health on Wednesday morning had confirmed with her that healthcare workers eligible for their shots particularly those working in the aged and disability care sectors were being prioritised at mass vaccination clinics and general practitioners.
The capacity has now been increased by the commencement of phase 1b, so we should see the pace progressively increase, Dr Price said.
