Thousands of families wait on government childcare payments for 2018-19 – Sydney Morning Herald
The government faces criticism for apparent delays in processing of payments under the childcare subsidy system.
“A persons balancing may still be in progress if were waiting for more information, or if theres other circumstances stopping it from being finalised,” the spokeswoman said.
“For example, they have yet to lodge their 2018-19 tax return or their balancing outcome is on hold because a debt pause is in place.”
