Thousands of development applications lodged, a handful rejected
City planning committee chairwoman Krista Adams said council planning officers assessed DAs against the state’s Planning Act 2016 and the City Plan 2014.
“In accordance with the Planning Act, council can only refuse an application based on matters and submissions relevant to the assessment against the state government guidelines,” Cr Adams said.
