‘Thought that ship had sailed’: DCE, Foran ‘grateful’ for Manly reunion – Fox Sports
Manly skipper Daly Cherry-Evans has opened up on the homecoming of Kieran Foran, admitting he thought there was next to no chance of it ever happening.

Cherry-Evans and Foran steered the Sea Eagles to a premiership in 2011 and then a grand final appearance in 2013. In 2016 Foran departed to take up a deal with the Eels. One season with the Warriors followed and then three years with the Bulldogs.
But after the Bulldogs opted not to re-sign the veteran playmaker he was on the hunt for a new club… and along came Manly coach Des Hasler the man who had originally signed him at Canterbury.
