This little guy has wandered over to me. He seems to be limping but I’m not sure…

This little guy has wandered over to me. He seems to be limping but I’m not sure if this is an adult bird or a baby? I don’t want to move a baby. But would he need help?

UPDATE – little guy is now at the local vet hospital. They say he’s old enough to be on his own, but in shock from likely being blown out of a tree or some other trauma. They’re observing for a couple of hours and then releasing it near our house. If not ok, they’ve said they’ll call a wildlife carer.
