Victorian investigators are using taped phones and secret videos to allege corruption, but two men are adamant they were only benefitting from gambling.

Both Mr Pinder, who was fired on Thursday by the Victorian government, and Mr Haritos insisted that tens of thousands of dollars in cash handed over by the Transclean CEO over the past few years were winnings from a remarkably successful gambling club formed between the two men that bet quadrellas on horses.
