This Game Boy doesn’t need batteries, but shuts off every 10 seconds – The Verge
A team of researchers have developed a new take on Nintendo’s classic Game Boy console that replaces its array of four AA batteries with a set of five rows of solar panels, and buttons that can harvest power as you play.
