Australian MotoGP legend Casey Stoner has opened up about his battle with chronic fatigue syndrome, conceding the disease “is destroying me”.

Australian MotoGP legend Casey Stoner has opened up about his battle with chronic fatigue syndrome, conceding the disease is destroying me.
Stoner, 35, revealed last year he was fighting the health battle after retiring from motorsport in 2012.
But speaking to Spanish newspaper El Mundo this week, Stoner said he had been left flattened after failing to overcome the disease, revealing he felt he started each day with just 50 per cent energy.
