North Melbourne will keep a spot on its list open for the start of the season, with the club informing two train-on players they wouldnt be offered AFL lifelines.
The Kangaroos on Monday confirmed they wouldnt recruit a player via the pre-season supplemental selection period (SSP) and, instead, retain a list spot, which will give them flexibility to recruit a player via the mid-season draft.
It means former Magpie Flynn Appleby and ex-Lion Sam Skinner wont be on Norths list for 2021.
