‘There’s no panic buying anymore’: Brisbane queues ease but shortages remain – Brisbane Times

Predictably on Friday toilet paper, fresh fruit and vegetables, bread and milk sold out quickly.
By Saturday lunch time, however, the queues at several Brisbane stores had gone and sense and sensibility returned to the shopping queues in four shopping centres in Brisbane’s south.

At Coles Fairfield Gardens all shoppers were wearing masks and there were no queues for food.
Toilet paper and cat litter were almost gone…
