Two men have been charged over the theft of a valuable Big Bird costume, which was taken from an Adelaide circus and then returned to the venue earlier this week.

• The men from Norwood and Murray Bridge, both aged in their 20s, will face court in June
• They were charged with theft and trespassing
• The $160,000 costume was dumped outside the circus on Wednesday, after being stolen days earlier
