It’s a big week for Rugby Australia as they formally launch their bid for the 2027 World Cup in Sydney.

If Russia or the US signed a blank cheque for though, its pretty hard for World Rugby to turn that down. World Rugbys primary objective is money, as we saw when France swooped late to knock off South Africa for the 2023 World Cup.
