“Meeting people where they are” is a term you hear a lot these days, and in the context of COVID-19 it has more than one meaning.
Physically, it means literally taking vaccine to the people, whether at immunization megasites in communities hard hit by the virus, pop-up and mobile vaccine clinics in traditionally underserved neighborhoods, local pharmacies, or even door-to-door delivery of shots to the homebound.
