A white voice actor will no longer voice Dr Hibbert in The Simpsons and will be replaced by a black performer.
A white voice actor will no longer voice Dr Hibbert in The Simpsons and will be replaced by a black performer.
Harry Shearer who has helmed the role of Springfields most competent doctor since the shows second season in 1990 has already stepped down, according to TheWrap.
He will be replaced going forward by Kevin Michael Richardson, who has previously voiced characters for Seth MacFarlanes Family Guy, The Cleveland Show and American Dad.
