One mum has shared her trick for cooking pork belly in a slow cooker, and it looks absolutely amazing.
Missy De shared her recipe to the Facebook group Budget Friendly Meals Australia, and says the end result will simply melt in your mouth.
Pork belly on top of potato, carrot and onion, pork rubbed in garlic spice, onion spice, all-season and rosemary, she said.

Once cooked, cut the top in slices, cover with salt and (put) under the grill for five or so minutes until crackly.
The sauce was made with the leftover juices with two heaped tablespoons of flour and butter.

Social media users were salivating over the photos and video.

That is sexy AF, said a third.
You are making me so hungry – it looks so so nice, another replied.
If you dont have a slow cooker – or the patience to wait nine hours using the method above – you could try making pork belly using an air fryer.
The air fryer is certainly much faster, taking around a third of the time than the regular oven-cooked method.
