The science is unsettled? The SpecOz settled that years ago

The title of the new book, Unsettled, could refer to the effect it will have on readers who believe in the ruling climate orthodoxy, or the state of climate science — or both. 

Physicist Steven E. Koonin, described as a “top Obama scientist”, “kicks the hornet’s nest right out of the gate in ‘Unsettled.’ In the book’s first sentences he asserts that ‘the Science’ about our planet’s climate is anything but “settled,” according to the Wall Street Journal.
