The post-Brexit UK-EU trade deal can be misleading. These are the gaps worth noting

Plenty of political spin has been applied to the post-Brexit UK-EU trade and cooperation agreement. This not only glosses over much of the detail, but it can also be misleading.
For example, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has claimed that “there will be no non-tariff barriers to trade”. This is not the case.
A “job done, let’s move on” attitude generally ignores the practical implications of what has been agreed. That said, both the EU and the UK government have published some useful explainers.
