Cricket Australias decision to introduce a reserve day for the Big Bash League final could pay dividends as early as Saturday – but victorious players will be celebrating on the plane to New Zealand if it is required.
For the second year running, storm clouds hover over the BBL decider but unlike 12 months ago there is the option to play the game the following day should play be washed out on Saturday night at the SCG.
