The major projects needed now to stop ‘jobs disaster’
Taking on the “attacks that will be levelled at me” as a former Newman Government minister, Mr Crisafulli said he knew from his time leading the Queensland Reconstruction Authority in that government how fast projects could be started in the aftermath of natural disaster.He said Queensland was now “in the midst of a jobs disaster” and the same urgency was needed for the 214,000 people who were desperately looking for work just weeks before Christmas.
