An injury altered the course of Shannon Neale’s life. Thankfully, it was for the better.

His mum Jodie took a look at the injury and they decided to let Shannon sleep on it, hopeful that he would be OK the following morning.
But he wasn’t.
“I woke up and my mobility in the arm was gone. It was swollen, it didn’t look very appealing.”
Still they weren’t too concerned. But to play it safe they decided to drop into Perth’s Fiona Stanley Hospital, expecting it would just be a quick visit.
