That’s what Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews said before announcing a five-day lockdown across the state.
During their hour-and-a-half press conference, Victorian authorities stressed that the virus was moving at a speed never seen before in Australia.
They described the UK strain of COVID-19 as “something very different” to what was experienced in 2020.
