Alcohol sales also soared during lockdowns, so, as vices go, a Kmart shopping splurge is probably preferable.
I, too, have been known to wander through those sliding doors, only to emerge $100 or so poorer. The thrill of those deliciously discounted homewares; its addictive.
Of course, being cooped up during COVID-19 has afforded us an abnormally large amount of time to sit at home and plot new home projects. As the world went mad, we primped and preened; renovated and redecorated.
