The first relates to his position as GWS head of football. He is overseeing a department which has grossly underachieved in 2020, despite changes to medical personnel and a commitment to lock in its coach for a further two years.
GWS should be locked in the top four at the very least and challenging for a flag again. Currently, they are scrounging for a spot in the eight.
