Excitement machine Nature Strip is ready to make his racetrack return after another sparkling performance in a barrier trial on Tuesday.
Australia’s premier sprinter made light work of the 900m hit out on his home track at Rosehill, leading throughout to record a 5-1/2 length victory over the progressive mare Fitusse with three-quarters of a length back to Vangelic in third.
Frankel filly Hungry Heart was give an easy outing, coasting to the line in fourth.
