Eight local authorities in Wales are now recording more than 400 cases of coronavirus per 100,000 people, new figures have revealed.
According to the latest seven-day rolling average published by Public Health Wales on Monday, Neath Port Talbot, Blaenau Gwent, Merthyr Tydfil, Swansea, Torfaen, Caerphilly, Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) and Newport all fall into this category.
