The COVID nurse is taking action against character killing.
A lawsuit against Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk, Minister of Health Steven Miles, Chief Health Officer Jeannette Young and Labor Member of Keppel Brittany Lauga has been brought before the Queensland Human Rights Commission for their treatment of the Rockhampton geriatric nurse whose coronavirus diagnosis caused a major health scare in central Queensland.
The complaint was made by the Nurses Professional Association of Queensland on behalf of their member.
