The Beast, from the UK version of the quiz show The Chase, has shown off his incredible weight loss transformation – and fans are delighted.
Mark Labbett took to Instagram to display a before and after shot, showing his amazing progress.
Very proud of my progress since following my @mfgoalgettersuk plan, he said in the post.
The 55-year-old had previously revealed his type 2 diabetes diagnosis inspired him to drop some kilograms.
It was the diabetes, he said to Loose Women.
