The Batman director Matt Reeves recently gave fans of the DC Extended Universe a sneak peek at the upcoming film during his DC Fandome panel. However, when fans got their first look at the footage, many were convinced Colin Farrell was not playing the Penguin. Instead, many believed a certain star of the 90s ABC sitcom Spin City was playing the iconic villain.
