The Aboriginal health service tasked with delivering at least 26,000 COVID-19 vaccines
In the traditional language of the Larrakia people, “Danila Dilba” refers to the dilly bag used to carry bush medicines.

It’s also the name of one of Australia’s largest Aboriginal health services, which is about to undertake the biggest challenge it’s ever faced.
“It’s absolutely unprecedented in terms of scale, logistics and, I would say, importance as well,” said Andrew Webster, the head of clinical governance at Danila Dilba.
