‘Thanks, but no thanks’: Warriors knock back chance to bring Shaun Johnson home – Fox Sports
Sharks halfback Shaun Johnson was offered to his former club, the Warriors, but senior players at the NRL’s Kiwi club turned it down.
Johnson left the Warriors in an uncivil spat at the end of the 2018 season.
He then linked with the Sharks where he enjoyed some of his best football under the guidance of since-shacked coach John Morris.
