Telstra CEO hasn’t been to the office for six months – The Australian Financial Review
Telstra chief executive Andy Penn has admitted he hasn’t set foot in the office for six months, running Australia’s biggest telco entirely from his home study.
Asked how he envisaged a post-COVID workplace, Mr Penn said there would be “maximum flexibility” that accommodated different personality types.
“We’re all different. Some people are more introverted, some people are more extroverted,” he said. “I think the organisations that will be successful in attracting talent will be those that can offer that flexibility.”
