Teens steal Uber car before being involved in crash, injuring two girls on Gold Coast

A 17-year-old driver and her 14-year-old passenger have been injured on the Gold Coast after they were crashed into by a stolen car.
The boys, two aged 17 and a 16-year-old, have been charged over the incident.
They allegedly violently carjacked an Uber driver at a service station on the M1 at Coomera.
The driver, a 31-year-old man, escaped serious injury in the incident about 11.30pm on Wednesday.
The teens fled the scene in his Toyota Camry and another stolen car, a Hyundai Kona.
