Teenager in critical condition after being pulled from surf on Gold Coast

A teenager is fighting for life after being pulled from the surf at Coolangatta on the Gold Coast.
Critical-care paramedics treated a teenage boy after an immersion incident that was reported at 2.40pm on Marine Parade.
It is understood the boy had to be resuscitated at the scene.
He was taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a critical condition.
