Teenager, 16, dies in motorcycle crash near Angaston

A teenager has died in a crash in South Australia’s Barossa Valley, taking the state’s motorcycle-related deaths to five this year.

Emergency services were called to Mengler Hill Road, about four kilometres south-east of Angaston, just after 9:00pm on Saturday, following reports of a motorcycle leaving the road and hitting a tree.
SA Police said the rider, a 16-year-old boy, died at the scene.
