Majak Daw and Aiden Bonar will come into the Roos 22, replacing Ben Brown and Jared Polec.
Back for his first game since 2018, Daw could prove a like-for-like replacement for Ben Brown in attack, or take up a spot in defence, allowing Josh Walker or Ben McKay to go forward.
Bonar last played in round seven, before missing last week due to soreness.
