Takeaway fined £1000 for handing customer burger at 10.04pm – Leicestershire Live
They had bought and paid for the burger before the curfew

A restaurant has been fined £1,000 after handing a customer a burger to take away at 10.04pm.
The new curfew rues in England mean you are not allowed to serve food or drink after 10pm – except via delivery or at a drive-thru.
The restaurant says the customer entered their premises before 10pm, his order was processed at 10pm and he took the food away four minutes later.
They have apologised and say they did not know they were breaking the rules, reports MyLondon.
